Our Educational Programs

Our typical daily schedule provides a well-rounded, enriching experience for our students. It includes activities such as circle time, story time, art projects, and small group, large group and individual games. With this schedule, students have the opportunity to learn, explore, and grow in a safe and fun environment. We specialize in care for children 6 months old to 5 years old and we understand all children are unique in their growing paths so we do our best everyday to cater to them.

6 months- 1 year

At 6 months old to 1 year old, babies are learning and developing at an incredible rate! This age group is beginning to crawl, stand, walk, and even say a few words. They are also beginning to recognize familiar faces and become more independent in their play. Motor skills, like reaching and grasping, are also being developed during this time. As they continue to grow, babies at this age are becoming more and more curious about their environment. Encouraging exploration through play, music, and activities are important for their development.

 2 years of life

At two years old, children are usually able to start running, jumping, and climbing. They also start to show signs of greater independence, such as being able to feed themselves and dress themselves. Language development is also a key milestone at this age, as children begin to learn new words and put them together to form simple sentences. Social and emotional development also begin to progress, as children start to recognize familiar faces and begin to express their feelings. As such, early childhood education focuses on providing children with a safe and nurturing environment to further explore and develop these milestones.

 3 years of life

At 3 years old, children are beginning to gain more independence and are able to do many things on their own. They can express themselves verbally, use their imaginations, and interact with other children. Developmentally, they are able to understand basic concepts, follow simple instructions, and dress themselves. They are also using their growing language skills to tell stories, ask questions, and engage in pretend play. At this age, children are also beginning to learn more about how to interact with others, take turns, and share. All of these skills are important building blocks for later learning.

4 years of life

At 4 years old, children are beginning to develop their independence and are growing in their understanding of the world around them. They can usually express their feelings and needs in words and are able to engage in meaningful conversations with others. They are able to follow directions, learn new songs and rhymes, and are beginning to understand the concept of time. They are also able to count to 10, name colors, and use scissors to cut paper. As they continue to develop their fine motor skills, they are able to hold pencils and crayons correctly and draw shapes. 4-year-olds are also beginning to develop friendships and learn how to share and take turns.

5 years of life

At five years old, children can start to understand more abstract concepts, such as time, money, and counting. They are better at expressing their feelings and can take part in more complex conversations. They are also developing their motor skills, and can use scissors and draw more complex shapes. Five year olds can also start to recognize letters and numbers, and can start to read simple words. Five year olds are also developing their social skills and are able to make friends and follow social rules. This is a crucial age for early childhood education, and it is important to provide children with the right environment to help them reach these milestones.
